Typical shipping times range between 3 to 4 weeks depending on the items purchased. Custom orders take an additional week to process. We only ship to the United States, but we are working on adding international shipping. For shipping to P.O. Boxes, please contact us first before ordering to make sure we can ship to you. If you fail to do so, there is no guarantee the order can be fulfilled.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer free shipping for any orders totaling $50 or more. For all other orders, please see the checkout for final rates.
- Economy 0lb–5lb 8 to 11 business days $4.90 USD
- Standard 1lb–5lb 6 to 9 business days $9.90 USD
- Economy 5lb–70lb 8 to 11 business days $19.90 USD
- Standard 0lb–1lb 7 to 9 business days $6.90 USD
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thelidiarose.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
